How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are sent with Speedy Processing time unless noted otherwise. The majority of Pink Puppy collars, leashes and harnesses are custom made-to-order and subject to Standard Processing time. If that is the case, you will be notified in your shopping cart if it is a custom item or on order. Special order items will be noted in the item description on the product pages. Orders will ship as soon as all items on an order are ready.

Speedy: Ships within 2 business days (typical for in-stock items)
Standard: Ships within 10 business days (typical for custom or on-order items)
Special Order: Ships within 25 business days (only applicable on certain items as noted in the item description)

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. All credit cards are securely processed through Paypal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card.

What size should I get?

With a soft tape measure, carefully measure the circumference of your dog's neck. That size will correspond with the "neck size" listed in our Sizing Guide. If you are still unsure, just contact us and we will assist you in any way that we can.

Do you donate to dog rescue groups?

Yes! Pink Puppy is very active in animal rescue from monetary donations, collar donations, fostering, and humane investigations. Animal rescue is our priority and we strive to spread the word about adoption and the proper treatment of animals. A portion of all purchases is also donated to non-profit animal rescue organizations. Visit our How We Help page for more information on some of our non-profit work.

Can the donation from my purchase go to a specific rescue?

If you would like your donation going to a specific dog rescue organization on our Rescue Listing, all you have to do is mention their name during the checkout process. You can select any rescue in our Rescue Listing. If a particular group is not in there, just ask them to apply. It's easy and FREE for all non-profit dog rescues.

Sure, Pink Puppy collars are adorable, but are they safe?

All collars and leashes are made with decorative ribbon reinforced with a polypropylene or nylon webbing. All hardware is metal except for optional plastic buckles which are very durable and designed specifically for use on dog collars. All stress points around hardware are double triple-stitched for security. Pink Puppy collars are designed for comfort and function. Many large breeds do very well with them (breeds such as Collies, Greyhounds, Labs, Afghan Hounds, and even some Pit Bulls). However, each dog has different individual needs. We don't guarantee these collars against excessive pulling, chewing or scratching. For dogs that require extra tough "gear" I recommend double thick collars found in most pet stores or other such collars designed specifically for extra-heavy use. Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of Pink Puppy products for their individual situation. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you accept all responsibility for any accidents. Pet supplies should be inspected regularly.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If for some reason you are not satisfied with an item you may exchange it or return it for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping). Upon receipt of your item(s) we will either send your exchange or refund your money. Please note that "Special Order" items or "Sale" items are not eligible for return. All returned items must be in their original and unused condition. We are not responsible for exchanged or returned items lost or damaged in the mail. All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of your original order. Items sent in exchange will be shipped via USPS First Class mail unless otherwise noted. If your sales receipt did not come with a pre-printed return form on the back, download our Return Form. Please contact us prior to sending an item back to get confirmation.
