View our size chart below. The "Neck Sizes" correspond to the actual measurements of your dog. Use our guide at the right to better assist you when you are measuring your dog. For collars, measure the pink area. For harnesses, you will need to measure the blue area. Please make sure to include your dog's measurements with your order for better accuracy.

When measuring your dog, use a flexible measuring tape or string and measure loosely around your pet's body to assure a comfy fit. All products are sized in inches.

Widths

Pink Puppy offers collars 1" and 3/4" wide. 1" collar are for medium-large dogs as well as smaller dogs with longer necks. 3/4" collars are perfect for small dogs and puppies. Pink Puppy recommends wider collars because the pressure when a dog pulls is distributed over a larger area making them more comfortable. They are also easier to see and get a hold of in the event of an emergency.

Our spokesdog, Mr. Pink, is a 19 pound terrier mix with a long neck who wears a 1" collar as his everyday collar. If your dog has a shorter neck or is very small, you might consider a thinner collar like the 3/4" width.

Martingale Collar Fitting

Martingale collars are measured as the size of the dog collar without the martingale loop. They should be fitted so they are snug (but not choking) around the dog's neck when the martingale loop is pulled close. Different dogs may require martingales fitted with slight variation. Please keep that in mind when choosing your collar size.

Leash Coupler Lengths

Our standard coupler allows for up to 17" between dogs. We also offer a 24" model which is ideal for situations where you want your dogs to have more freedom to move between each other. Couplers are available for use with two or three dogs on the same coupler.

Harness Sizing

Our dog harnesses are custom sized for your dog. Just provide your dog's chest measurement. Harnesses are adjustable and should have some wiggle room in either direction to assure a comfortable and secure fit.
